We are seeking a smart, highly-capable engineer to lead several manufacturing efforts and participate in design, development and testing of Greensight’s custom-developed flying, ground, and amphibious robots. GreenSight is planning to expand production of two of our current robot types from a few hundred per year, to tens of thousands per year. We are looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to manage this transition. In this position, you would work as part of a small tight-knit development team consisting of a variety of specialized engineers.

We are specifically looking for a mechanical engineer with expertise designing products for cost-effective mass production. You will scope, plan, and execute autonomy software systems development and implementation across GreenSight's technology portfolio including air and ground robotic systems. You should be comfortable working semi-autonomously while meeting long-term goals.

Example projects might include developing and implementing the control system for transitioning an aerial vehicle from hovering to forward flight, sensor integration and control laws for an variable buoyancy underwater robot that can roll or swim, or deriving the Newton-Euler equations for a two armed climbing construction robot.
