Our rapid growth has led to our need for a hard-working, motivated person to support and lead high power electronic designs. We pride ourselves in wearing several functional hats. The EE Power engineer will be an integral part of the EE team working on and developing a range of high power electronics to support inverters, converters and power management in the multi kilowatt range. This design position requires a strong knowledge of schematic and PCB design implementing high voltage and high currents as well as sub system level design. Additional responsibilities include manufacturing, integration and test while addressing performance requirements without sacrificing safety in the lab. The candidate should have a big picture approach to DFM, DFT when developing design and setup strategies. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced, small team startup environment.

You will scope, plan, and execute control systems development and implementation across GreenSight's technology portfolio including air and ground robotic systems. Example projects might include developing and implementing the control system for transitioning an aerial vehicle from hovering to forward flight, sensor integration and control laws for a variable buoyancy underwater robot that can roll or swim, or deriving the Newton-Euler equations for a two armed climbing construction robot.
